Published to accompany an exhibition at Brantwood, Coniston, the former country house of John Ruskin, The Coniston Aquatic is a newspaper from the future, contemplating a world where England’s Lake District has become an archipeligo. Davies’s suite of Flood Drawings imagine a submerged Brantwood being explored by a future generation of sub-aquatic researchers.
Includes texts by Gerry Davies, Howard Hull, Sarah Casey, Karen Lloyd, and Christopher Donaldson.
